46 years old. I have been working in Ravenna, with the leading real estate agencies, since the mid 80’s as a broker and expert appraiser.
The assignments I received for the sale and the appraisal of real estate of different types and destinations, which I carried out always keeping into account the ever-changing needs of the customers, qualify me as a careful intermediary and appraiser.
My marked passion for the historical side of the buildings in my area makes me a critical appraiser, especially of the ones located in the old town centres. I am a member of the Ravenna Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft Trade and Agriculture, and I am enrolled at no. 1581 of the National Ordinary Register of Real Estate Brokers, as requested by Law 39/1989.
Thanks to the support of important Italian real estate management groups, I am able to receive assignments and sell buildings of any kind, destination and size in the main Italian cities and isles.

Born in Castle Bolognese 55 years ago, he resides in Ravenna from a very long time, city where he carry out his professional activity on behalf of both public and private customers.
He graduated in structural and civil engineering in the university of the city of Bologna and registered in the Order of Ravenna in 1980.
He is a man of great experience in the fields of town planning and building trade( his presence is pointed out in the town plan of the Municipality of Ravenna in the year 1983.
His own office situated in Piazza XX Settembre n.5 deals with planning and directing building works, urban and building problematics, territorial structure politics, watching town plannings, surveying and estimating of real estates with the appointment of technical consultant nominated by the court(CTU) and biased technical consultant(CTP).
Additionally he is author of studies and suggests for the requalification of the urban territory of his own city
